How it works

Four steps, no app required

  1. Send the form

    Fill in the form on this page with the name and email address on your account. In the mobile app, Profile → Account → Delete my account brings you here.

  2. Check your inbox

    If the email matches an account, we send a confirmation to it. If you didn't ask for this, reply to that email and we will cancel the request.

  3. We verify and delete

    Our team checks the request is genuine, then deletes your account and the personal data linked to it, usually within 30 days.

  4. We confirm

    We email you once it is done. After that you can no longer sign in, and the account can't be restored.

Your data

What we delete and what we keep

Deleted

  • Your profile: name, email address, phone number and password
  • Learning activity: progress, practice and exam attempts, streaks and saved materials
  • Books and files you uploaded
  • Your AI chat conversations
  • Your saved card for automatic renewal

Kept, and why

  • Payment and invoice records

    Kept for as long as tax and accounting law requires.

  • Competition entries and results

    Kept for integrity and audit. Tell us in the form if you also want published results withdrawn.

  • Security logs and encrypted backups

    Kept for a short period to prevent fraud and recover from faults, then deleted on their normal cycle.

Have a subscription?

Deleting your account ends any active subscription, including time you have already paid for. Automatic renewal stops, so you won't be charged again.

Got your login from a school?

Student, teacher and guardian accounts created by a school are managed by that school. Ask your school administrator to remove you. If you can't reach them, use the form and include the school's name.
